What you will do
- Design and own the end-to-end strategic communications architecture and information flow across the organization.
- Lead the design and implementation of knowledge management systems to structure and operationalize critical organizational data.
- Develop and lead the strategic narrative for organizational transformation and AI-first workflow adoption.
- Partner with the MD and senior leadership to craft high-stakes communications and board-level briefings.
- Manage the internal communications relationship and narrative alignment with Chegg.
- Define the employee engagement model and oversee internal channel governance and standards.
Requirements
- Significant senior experience in communications, knowledge management, or organizational transformation in high-growth tech or EdTech.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
- Proven track record of operating at or near board level.
- Experience in strategic systems thinking and designing governance frameworks.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Strong understanding of how AI structurally shifts the communications function and production.
