What you will do

• Manage day-to-day communications and content distribution across all social platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive audience growth and engagement.
• Coordinate with podcast editors, designers, and creative partners to ensure timely content delivery.
• Repurpose podcast, editorial, and community content into platform-specific formats.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications and visual assets.
• Monitor content performance via analytics to identify opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in media, communications, content marketing, or publishing.
• Must have professional experience in the psychedelics field.
• Proven track record of growing media companies and engaged online communities.
• Experience building podcasts, newsletters, and editorial content.
• Must be based in Europe or able to work primarily within European time zones.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
