TL;DR

Communications Manager (PR/Communications): Leading the strategy, planning, and delivery of internal and external communications with an accent on shaping company-wide messaging and protecting brand voice. Focus on providing expert guidance to senior stakeholders, managing integrated campaigns, and driving measurable impact through data-informed communications initiatives.

Location: Must be based in the UK (Bristol or Marlow offices) with a hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

  • Drive the communications strategy in alignment with business and marketing objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated internal and external communications campaigns.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders regarding messaging, positioning, and tone of voice.
  • Oversee high-quality content creation across all channels to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor and report on communications performance to optimize strategy and demonstrate impact.
  • Provide leadership within the team, supporting best practices and managing direct reports.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK and able to work from Bristol or Marlow offices.
  • Proven experience in leading communications strategy and integrated campaigns.
  • Strong ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in content creation, messaging, and brand positioning.
  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing communications performance data.
  • Leadership experience with line management responsibility.
