What you will do
- Develop and deliver an integrated communications strategy to strengthen the reputation of the Corporate & Institutional Banking franchise.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on complex reputational issues and risk management.
- Lead high-impact campaigns across media, social, public affairs, and internal channels.
- Partner with business leaders to align communications with commercial objectives and economic growth narratives.
- Translate complex business strategies and cultural changes into engaging internal communications programs.
- Inspire and enable teams and agency partners to deliver high-quality, creative communications activity.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in senior communications roles, preferably within financial services.
- Proven track record of delivering integrated, multi-channel communications strategies.
- Strong storytelling capability with the ability to translate complex content into clear narratives.
- Excellent business partnering and influencing skills for working with senior stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of media, public affairs, digital, and employee communications channels.
- Experience in responsibly employing AI to drive efficiency and creativity.
