What you will do

• Develop and deliver an integrated communications strategy to strengthen the reputation of the Corporate & Institutional Banking franchise.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on complex reputational issues and risk management.
• Lead high-impact campaigns across media, social, public affairs, and internal channels.
• Partner with business leaders to align communications with commercial objectives and economic growth narratives.
• Translate complex business strategies and cultural changes into engaging internal communications programs.
• Inspire and enable teams and agency partners to deliver high-quality, creative communications activity.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in senior communications roles, preferably within financial services.
• Proven track record of delivering integrated, multi-channel communications strategies.
• Strong storytelling capability with the ability to translate complex content into clear narratives.
• Excellent business partnering and influencing skills for working with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of media, public affairs, digital, and employee communications channels.
• Experience in responsibly employing AI to drive efficiency and creativity.
