Personalisation Manager (CX): Executing and supporting global personalisation initiatives to drive customer experience and business value with an accent on technical implementation and data-driven optimization. Focus on configuring personalisation platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement Personalisation-Led Growth (PLG) frameworks.

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom (average 4 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Execute day-to-day operations and tactical tasks for the global personalisation roadmap.
  • Configure and launch personalisation programs using technology stacks like Adobe Target, Optimizely, and Braze.
  • Implement integrated solutions leveraging CDPs (Segment, Tealium) and CMSs (AEM, Sitecore).
  • Track the Return on Investment (ROI) of personalisation efforts and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and data science to ensure alignment.
  • Contribute to the continuous refinement of the Personalisation-Led Growth (PLG) framework.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with personalisation platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, Braze).
  • Experience with analytics suites such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude for segmentation and measurement.
  • Practical knowledge of Content Management Systems (AEM, Sitecore) and Customer Data Platforms (Segment, Tealium).
  • Strong execution focus with the ability to meticulously configure, launch, and monitor initiatives.
  • Analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable findings.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
