Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 per year

What you will do

• Contribute to the flagship product, Chariot, used for developing and maintaining production ML models.
• Develop high-quality code using Go and Python within a hexagonal, event-driven microservice architecture.
• Implement "Everything as Code" and cloud-neutral development strategies.
• Lead the software development life cycle from requirements collaboration to deployment.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers through code reviews and onboarding.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of professional development experience.
• Excellence in Go, C++, Java, C#, or Rust, and proficiency in Python.
• Experience with DevOps tools including CI/CD, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven expertise in cloud architecture (Commercial Cloud or OpenStack).
• Must be a US person (US citizen, US national, or Green Card holder).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of synchronous/asynchronous programming and concurrency.
• Experience with deep learning libraries like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Design experience with RESTful, gRPC, or GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with messaging systems (NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
