What you will do

• Design and maintain high-performance software for deploying AI/ML models to detect malicious network behaviors.
• Architect autonomous AI agent systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists and cloud teams to build robust ML experimentation and production pipelines.
• Drive engineering standards, code reviews, and best practices across the product organization.
• Lead cross-functional technical initiatives and influence product strategy with senior leadership.
• Provide technical mentorship to software engineers to foster a culture of rigorous engineering discipline.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (implied by US-specific benefits and 401k).
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a Principal, Lead, or Staff capacity.
• Expert-level programming skills in Python and Go.
• Experience building and operating production AI/ML systems, including model lifecycle management.
• Deep expertise in applying data science techniques to cybersecurity use cases like anomaly detection.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of network telemetry and protocols.
• Experience with cloud services on AWS or Azure.
• Production-scale experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity domain.
