Salary: $155,000 – $190,000

What you will do

• Engineer and operate cloud-native platforms using Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Design and own production backend services using async-first Python and modern tooling like uv and ruff.
• Develop secure AI-enabled workflows and integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Azure OpenAI.
• Implement agentic AI patterns using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, or MCP.
• Collaborate with ML, application, and product engineers to transform concepts into scalable solutions.
• Mentor peers and drive production ownership from design through to deployment and debugging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of platform or backend infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including async programming, testing, and maintainable service design.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Terragrunt).
• Experience with security-conscious engineering, including CVE triage, OWASP practices, and token hygiene.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AKS and Azure Pipelines.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain) or interoperability protocols.
• Experience with artifact registry management (JFrog, Docker/PyPI proxying).
