What you will do

• Lead the regional Talent Acquisition team for the Northeast region, including RBDC, RBNA, and RBNY.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets for both high-volume and specialized roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Coach and develop Talent Acquisition Partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Partner with functional leaders and stakeholders to provide data-driven recruitment solutions and market insights.
• Enhance recruitment processes and drive the adoption of TA tools to improve sourcing and selection outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record in managing recruitment processes, including high-volume hiring.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
• Must be based in New York, United States.
• Authorized to work in the US (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid visa).
