What you will do
- Execute annual compensation cycles, including the development of pay review materials and training programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking surveys and analyze trends to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Oversee job matching methodology and maintain the job catalog through regular audits.
- Manage salary increase processes and ensure alignment with corporate compensation guidelines.
- Perform compliance audits and provide ad hoc compensation analyses and reporting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR partners on compensation policies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and program administration.
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation and salary benchmarking methodologies.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, compensation survey tools, and data reporting platforms.
- Must be based locally in the Buffalo, NY area.
- Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
