• Perform compliance audits and provide ad hoc compensation analyses and reporting.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR partners on compensation policies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and program administration.
• Strong knowledge of job evaluation and salary benchmarking methodologies.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, compensation survey tools, and data reporting platforms.
• Must be based locally in the Buffalo, NY area.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
