Salary: $85,000–$115,000 Annually

What you will do
- Design and evolve governance structures and guidelines for the global Career Architecture framework.
- Lead senior-level job evaluations and provide strategic guidance on job design to support workforce planning.
- Partner with local HR stakeholders to design and implement salary range structures globally.
- Consult on internal equity strategies, leveling decisions, and compensation alignment during organizational changes.
- Define system requirements for compensation programs and drive configuration within Workday.
- Develop training resources for HR and business leaders regarding job architecture and evaluation processes.
Requirements
- Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Over 5 years of experience in compensation, job architecture, or HR partnership roles
- Expertise in job evaluation methodologies such as Mercer, Hay Group, or Willis Towers Watson
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation management tools
- Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information
