Prime Insights

Prime Insights is a Sweden-based technology company connecting millions of users with market research opportunities through its proprietary Market Research Panel. As the company continues to scale globally, they are looking for a Recruiter to join their growing HR team.
In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment cycle across multiple business functions, including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to identify top talent, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and continuously improve hiring processes.
Responsibilities
— Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments
— Source, screen, interview, and close candidates
— Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies and role requirements
— Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
— Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
— Drive process improvements and optimize recruitment workflows
— Monitor hiring trends and talent availability across key markets
Requirements
— 2–4+ years of recruitment experience in any industry
— Ability to independently manage the full recruitment cycle
— Fluent English, both written and spoken
— Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
— Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously
— Proactive, curious, and growth-oriented mindset
— Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools is a plus
— Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to process improvement
