What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for GTM teams and other departments across AMERS and LATAM.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide market insights, and offer strategic recruitment advice.
  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience that reflects the company culture from the first contact.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and contribute to reporting metrics to improve recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate effectively within a global TA team while managing individual hiring responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Previous in-house recruitment experience specifically hiring for GTM teams.
  • Strong background in headhunting, sourcing, and building talent pipelines.
  • Proven ability to influence and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail when managing data and processes within an ATS.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to lead conversations based on recruitment metrics.
  • Passion for delivering a stellar candidate experience and working with diverse global teams.
