What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse IT roles, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screening, assessing technical background, motivation, and potential risks.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs beyond job descriptions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate the full recruitment process to ensure smooth communication and high conversion rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Fluent Czech and English (written and spoken).
• Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
• Ability to assess candidate fit beyond skills, focusing on motivation and long-term alignment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
