TL;DR

Focus on building rigorous, consistent people frameworks and improving workplace experience and offsites across global teams.
Location: Copenhagen; London (5 days a week onsite)

What you will do
- Design, execute, and iterate performance review and feedback cycles; ensure rigorous and consistent performance processes.
- Own compensation review cycles, benchmarking, and internal alignment; ensure structured, fair, and consistently applied compensation and promotion decisions.
- Build and maintain role levels and progression frameworks; support workforce planning and headcount allocation across teams and geographies.
- Own core People processes (onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle moments) and improve HR systems/tooling (e.g., HiBob) for scalability and accuracy.
- Partner with leadership on org structure, scaling decisions, team effectiveness, and organisational changes; identify and resolve structural bottlenecks.
- Own day-to-day workplace experience for the London office and plan offsites and key team events to strengthen alignment and cohesion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a People Partner, People Manager, or HRBP role in a high-growth environment.
- Ownership experience across people systems: performance, compensation, hiring, and onboarding.
- Working knowledge of UK and European employment frameworks.
- Experience designing or significantly evolving performance or compensation systems.
- Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership exposure; structured and analytical thinking in ambiguity.
- Comfort operating independently with high agency in fast-moving environments.
Nice to have
- Exposure to scaling SaaS companies through scaling phases.
- Experience across both Talent Acquisition and broader People/HR systems.
- Experience owning company-wide events or offsites at scale.
