What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders to act as a sounding board on all people matters.
• Translate business strategy into localized people plans covering talent, performance, and organizational design.
• Lead complex employee relations cases, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.
• Drive global employee engagement and EDI strategy, including the management of wellbeing calendars and initiatives.
• Use data and HRIS insights to influence decision-making and identify opportunities for automation or AI integration.
• Coach and challenge managers to improve leadership standards and team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnering.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in the financial services sector is essential.
• Strong understanding of employment law and regulations across EMEA.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Ability to build relationships with ExCo level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, digital assets, or cryptocurrency markets.
• Chartered membership of the CIPD.
• Global HR experience.
