What you will do

• Define and deliver the strategic technical roadmap for eTrading applications within the IT area.
• Manage budget and resources, aligning with global tribe counterparts to ensure efficient delivery.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key stakeholders in Trading, Risk Management, and IT.
• Lead and coordinate project testing initiatives and ensure system availability targets are met.
• Manage Chapter Leads and squads, fostering a culture of IT maturity and craftsmanship.
• Ensure a safe and compliant bank through strict adherence to IT risk management and governance models.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a senior leader managing teams through the full project lifecycle in an Agile organization.
• Strong experience in IT Risk Management and a working understanding of Financial Services.
• Degree in a relevant academic field or demonstrable practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with backlog management and CICD tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• English: B2 level proficiency required for communication across different skill and seniority levels.
• Location: Must be based in London.
