What you will do

• Define and establish a digital enablement capability to accelerate organizational delivery.
• Create and lead cross-functional squads to rapidly test, iterate, and validate business opportunities.
• Embed modern product and agile methodologies to increase speed and business impact.
• Act as the primary connector between emerging business ideas and scalable delivery execution.
• Coach squads to remove impediments and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
• Establish metrics to measure squad performance and drive continuous delivery improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to work onsite.
• Significant experience leading Digital Enablement, Product, or Transformation functions in complex organizations.
• Proven success in building and scaling cross-functional teams and agile delivery models.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to align customer, business, and technology outcomes.
• Executive-level stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Availability to start immediately or within the coming weeks is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience within London Market Insurance, Specialty Insurance, or Financial Services.
