TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the UK with a 2 days per week onsite requirement in Southampton.

What you will do
- Define product vision and roadmap while managing end-to-end requirements.
- Refine and prioritize the product backlog using JIRA and agile methodologies.
- Engage with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to solve complex problems.
- Translate technical concepts into clear business terms and comprehensive user stories.
- Ensure solutions are fit for purpose, scalable, and meet acceptance criteria.
- Champion agile practices and lead key ceremonies within delivery teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK and able to work onsite in Southampton 2 days per week.
- Extensive experience in product ownership and business analysis tools and techniques.
- Proven ability to manage backlogs and prioritize technical debt alongside new features.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience delivering end-to-end product lifecycles within agile environments.
Nice to have
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PSPO, or equivalent certifications.
- Foundational understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, or cloud architecture.
- Background in software development, data analysis, or technical systems analysis.
