Salary: Bulgaria €70,000–€110,000; Spain/Poland $70,000–$110,000; Malta $70,000–$95,000

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle of the Card Issuing product line from 0-to-1 development to high-scale optimization.
• Lead product discovery, define problem statements, and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
• Define pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies in partnership with commercial and GTM teams.
• Manage relationships with external technology providers, distribution partners, and enterprise customers.
• Act as the central point of alignment across engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and scaling fintech products, specifically in Card Issuing.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including payment technology and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated ownership of product performance, ideally with P&L responsibility and commercial modeling skills.
• Knowledge and passion for blockchain-based products, such as custody, rewards, and payments.
• Ability to operate in high-velocity, ambiguous environments with a focus on execution and ownership.
• Must be based in UK, Bulgaria, Malta, Poland, or Spain.

• Background in high-growth fintech or startup environments.
• Direct experience with crypto.
• Exposure to international payments and multi-currency products.
• Deep understanding of Card Issuing operational elements like risk, fraud, and support.
