Salary: $115,000 base in the United States; bonus at target 10%; estimated total compensation at target $126,500+; annual benefits stipend $21,393.

What you will do

• Drive global budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, translating organizational priorities into financial plans and improving visibility into financial performance and tradeoffs.
• Build smarter strategic finance systems and workflows by improving budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools, reducing manual work, and applying AI and automation to analytical processes.
• Lead ad hoc financial analytics across Programs, Growth, Product, and Shared Services to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support cross-functional initiatives including cost-efficiency efforts, resource allocation analyses, and scenario planning by structuring ambiguous problems and aligning stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to answer high-impact financial questions and improve decision-making through clearer analysis.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in a top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similarly rigorous environment.
• Highly analytical approach using data to generate insights and drive decisions.
• Clear, direct communication skills to influence senior stakeholders with concise, well-structured thinking.
• Strong technical fluency with spreadsheets and dashboards; ability to apply AI and automation to real analytical problems.
• High ownership and comfort working through ambiguity with a systems-minded mindset.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for U.S. or U.K. employment at this time.
