What you will do
- Own FP&A planning and operating rhythms, including headcount forecasting and hiring budget tracking.
- Run departmental budgeting processes: planning, forecasting, reporting, and budget-vs-actual variance analysis.
- Monitor operating budgets, identify risks vs. plan, assess ROI of spend, and drive follow-up actions with stakeholders.
- Build trusted models, spreadsheets, and recurring reporting leaders can use for decisions.
- Drive GTM analytics and partnership: pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, KPI frameworks, and commission/incentive plan administration.
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis/reporting workflows while validating data via SQL and producing clear slide-based communication.
Requirements
- Location: Remote and open to candidates based in the United States, with strong preference for Eastern or Central time zones.
- Strong FP&A fundamentals: forecasting, headcount planning, variance analysis, operating expense management, and financial modeling.
- Experience supporting go-to-market organizations with pipeline analysis, forecasting, KPI reporting, sales productivity analysis, and commission/incentive plan administration.
- Comfort working with raw data and independently pulling/validating/analyzing data using SQL.
- Ability to connect operational metrics to financial outcomes and clearly explain what changed, why, and what to do next.
- Strong communication skills, including creating clear Google and PowerPoint slides.
