What you will do

• Develop financial modeling and analysis for the Global Engineering organization, including forecasts for financial goals and contractor spend processes.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and analyze the impact of financial transactions; identify cost-saving opportunities in technology spend.
• Streamline financial processes for vendor management: create purchase orders, process invoices, and gather data to support financial models.
• Design and implement global processes, metrics, and governance oversight for technology financial investments under the GE CTO.
• Automate and innovate reporting by extracting data across Microsoft Project, Replicon, and Oracle/Zycus Financials.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to craft annual budgets, track performance, and build business cases for IT investments.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or business management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex issues.
• Proven ability to build trust and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
• AI literacy: understand how to use AI to analyze financial spend and financials.
