What you will do

• Own GTM financial planning and forecasting.
• Drive financial strategy for new customer segments, insurance product launches, and partnership offerings.
• Use business judgment and financial insights to guide decisions across unit economics, customer acquisition, operations, and core business expansion.
• Improve growth speed and efficiency by partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Develop and track key financial performance metrics and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Interface with external partners through Corp Dev or BizDev to support GTM objectives.

Requirements

• US remote base for this role.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, strategic finance, or consulting (with material CDD/private equity experience).
• 6–8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or BizOps roles with a material data/financial focus at a GTM or consumer-facing company.
• Deep expertise in GTM unit economics and growth efficiency metrics (acquisition funnels, cohort analysis, CLV).
• Ability to operate at both strategic and highly detailed levels; strong communication skills to influence cross-functional partners.
• SQL knowledge preferred.
