What you will do

• Ensure all print files are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with studio teams to create and share high-resolution proofs.
• Manage file sharing with translation teams for localization projects.
• Check proofs and samples from suppliers to ensure they match original files.
• Maintain organized storage and archiving systems for all proofs, samples, and finished goods.
• Identify and implement improvements to the reprographic process to increase efficiency.

• Must be able to work full-time onsite at our Nottingham headquarters.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing workloads.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
