What you will do

• Operationalize the London office physical security program, including access control, visitor management, and contractor access.
• Manage security vendors and the contract guard force, overseeing post orders, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Workplace, HR, IT, Legal, and EHS to implement employee-friendly security controls.
• Lead local incident response, conduct documentation, and perform after-action reviews.
• Coordinate security planning for in-office events, leadership visits, and business travel.
• Drive emergency preparedness, including evacuation processes and tabletop exercises.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in corporate security, protective services, law enforcement, or military.
• Proven experience managing office-based physical security in a modern corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and guard force operations with measurable outcomes.
• Strong incident leadership skills, calm judgment under pressure, and high discretion.
• Business-level English proficiency for global collaboration and executive communication.
