What you will do

• Ensure monthly reporting deadlines are met for music societies.
• Verify and enter transmission and music details into Soundmouse.
• Approve cue sheets with a high degree of accuracy.
• Validate track and usage details using web-based music resources.
• Identify and resolve issues arising from automated music identification.
• Collaborate with Licensing, Creative, and SATV teams to ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work to fixed deadlines and prioritize workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and proactive attitude.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with music copyright and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Soundmouse.
