What you will do

• Define and communicate the long-term design vision for a strategic product portfolio, ensuring unified and polished experiences.
• Lead the evolution and adoption of a bespoke design system to accelerate product development and ensure consistency at scale.
• Elevate the bar for product design craft, including visual design, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Manage, coach, and scale a high-performing team of product designers and design managers.
• Partner with executive leadership to align design strategy with business outcomes, roadmaps, and technical constraints.
• Shape the integration of AI and automation into intuitive, trustworthy, and efficient product workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design or UX, with 5+ years in design leadership roles.
• Must be based in the United States (EE Full-Time employment).
• Proven experience leading design for complex B2B SaaS, platform, or multi-product ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to build and accelerate the adoption of design systems across multiple teams.
• Strong fluency in business and product metrics such as activation, retention, LTV, and customer ROI.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills for stakeholder management.

• Experience designing for CRM tools, marketing technology, agency platforms, or payment systems.
• Background in product-led growth, lifecycle design, and monetization strategies.
