Salary: $189,550 – $266,000 (based on US location tiers)

What you will do

• Define the strategic vision for all commerce-related products, including DTC, B2B, and Membership experiences.
• Develop organizational policies and processes to drive efficiency across cross-functional teams.
• Coach and mentor the product design team, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to inform design.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing executives to craft integrated, end-to-end user experiences.
• Lead the exploration of AI-powered and agentic interaction models to shape the future of digital health.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience overseeing UX/UI teams in global organizations.
• Extensive experience in eCommerce/DTC web design for brands with international reach.
• Proven ability to use data and user research to optimize product design at scale.
• Deep expertise in setting design strategy and standards at an enterprise level.
• Mastery of Figma, design systems, and prototyping tools.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding specific restricted states).
