What you will do

• Define experience strategy and success metrics for practice area customization in collaboration with Product and Engineering leaders.
• Design reusable architecture and patterns that scale across various legal practice areas, such as family, corporate, and real estate law.
• Lead end-to-end design across multi-surface journeys, from opportunity framing and prototyping to validation and execution.
• Integrate AI and automation into practice-specific workflows, focusing on trust, transparency, and user control.
• Mentor and elevate other designers through coaching, constructive critique, and strategic thinking.
• Contribute to org-wide design culture and lead staff-level forums and initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Design experience, preferably within B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of designing scalable experiences across multiple customer segments (Solo, SMB, Mid-Market).
• Expertise in designing AI-powered experiences with an emphasis on trust and explainability.
• Deep mastery of UX craft, including interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Must be based in Canada (excluding Quebec) or the US.
• Proficiency with Figma and practical fluency with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Gemini) in the design workflow.

• Background in regulated, process-intensive industries like healthcare, finance, or insurance.
