What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts from initial discovery to signed SOW.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales processes for six and seven-figure services deals.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales architects and delivery leads to shape technical solutions.
  • Drive commercial models and negotiations for migration, data, AI, and DevOps engagements.
  • Partner with Demand Generation teams to execute joint campaigns, workshops, and executive events.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and executive-level networking events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT consulting, cloud services, or systems integration.
  • Proven track record of closing six and seven-figure services deals with Canadian or U.S. enterprise accounts.
  • Solid understanding of hyperscaler partner programs and MSP economics.
  • Ability to sell technical services including migrations, data platforms, DevOps, and AI/ML.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to define playbooks in a lean environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into financial services, insurance, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or data platform modernization.
  • Deep knowledge of hyperscaler ecosystems.
