What you will do

• Implement and maintain gameplay features, systems, and tools within proprietary and commercial engines.
• Work across multiple areas including gameplay, systems, and engine-level code based on project needs.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues using strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and product leads to break down requirements into practical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and maintainability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK for this 3-month fixed-term contract.
• Professional experience developing games using modern game engines.
• Proficiency in C++ and solid mathematical fundamentals.
• Generalist mindset with comfort working across different systems and disciplines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Immediate start required.

• Experience developing for current-generation consoles (Xbox Series X/S, PS5, Switch).
