What you will do
- Implement customer analysis to identify trends and revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain profitable relationships with key clients to reinforce loyalty.
- Monitor customer satisfaction ratings and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Manage communications regarding new products and services.
- Leverage social media to engage with customers and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute strategic business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an Account Management environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a quota-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven experience in negotiation, cross-selling, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Location: Must be based in Mitikah (Mexico City).
