What you will do

  • Implement customer analysis to identify trends and revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain profitable relationships with key clients to reinforce loyalty.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction ratings and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Manage communications regarding new products and services.
  • Leverage social media to engage with customers and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute strategic business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Management environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a quota-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in negotiation, cross-selling, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Location: Must be based in Mitikah (Mexico City).

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and ChurnZero.
