TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (On-site 5 days per week)
Compensation: €28,000–€36,000 OTE

What you will do
- Manage a pool of partner accounts, serving as a dedicated advisor to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Proactively engage partners to educate them on platform value and convert them to ’s payment solutions.
- Optimize partner listing content and availability to maximize marketplace conversions.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth partner transitions.
- Collaborate with Product teams by providing feedback to enhance future platform releases.
- Use consultative sales techniques to identify customer needs and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an Account Management or related commercial role.
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals, negotiate, and achieve commercial targets.
- Proven experience in analyzing data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work on-site in Madrid 5 days per week.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in an outbound call environment or tele-prospecting.
- Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
