What you will do
- Define and implement governance model for Career Framework maintenance, collaborating with HR, business, and IT teams.
- Organize governance forums, act as Group referent, and ensure consistent application and updates.
- Coordinate with stakeholders internationally for alignment, planning post-deployment steps like skills mapping and process impacts.
- Support change management and communication efforts tailored to project stages.
- Track progress with KPIs, conduct reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French
- Solid HR experience in-house or consulting, ideally international, with work on job frameworks, workforce planning, or grading.
- Project management experience aligning practices across entities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.
- Strong understanding of job framework design and grading methodologies.
- Proactive, analytical, data-driven; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; autonomous.
