What you will do

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging systems.
• Resolve customer issues directly or escalate them to appropriate internal departments.
• Maintain precise documentation within internal CRM and support platforms.
• Track request status and ensure timely resolution of pending issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of customer service quality standards.

Requirements

• Fluent English and German (B2 level or higher) for business correspondence.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call centers, or client-facing roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage unexpected operational challenges.
• Proficiency with digital tools and internal customer management systems.
• Stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote operations.

• Experience working with international clients, particularly in the UK market.
