Fulfillment Analyst (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Participate in S&OE escalation and assess inventory allocation effectiveness relative to priorities.
• Liaison with customers to improve order and delivery processes and enhance fill rates.
• Coordinate with the Order Management team and Distribution Centres to resolve shipment, booking, and capacity issues.
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve credit holds and customer setup problems.
• Manage claims, corrective action plans, and associated KPIs.
• Execute local and regional Operational Excellence and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Order Management, Operations, and Supply Chain, preferably in fast-paced or seasonal business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Advanced computer skills in Excel (pivot tables, charts, functions).
• Must be based in or able to work in Bagneux, France (Hybrid).
• Good understanding of Supply Chain Management and a customer-centric approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cognos, Tableau, or SQL queries.
• Familiarity with AS400 ERP.
