What you will do

• Receive, record, and process customer orders and requests.
• Manage customer inquiries regarding product availability, delivery status, invoicing, and returns.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Credit & Collection, and Supply Chain, to resolve supply issues.
• Organize and request urgent transport when necessary.
• Register and follow up on customer complaints to ensure resolution.
• Promote the use of the company's internal internet sales tools.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and good English proficiency.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in order tracking.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Warsaw, Poland.
