What you will do

• Manage the Shopify backend, including product setup, pricing configuration, and storefront integrity across all SKUs.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on sales velocity and campaign schedules to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Oversee daily order fulfillment and manage relationships with 3PL vendors in China (Guangzhou and Shenzhen).
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with global logistics partners and operational vendors.
• Act as the operational bridge for the marketing team to ensure product availability and readiness before campaigns go live.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a focus on cross-border logistics and US-bound supply chains.
• Hands-on experience managing Shopify backend operations, product management, and order workflows.
• Proven track record of managing 3PL vendors and negotiating with international suppliers.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables) is a hard requirement.
• Must be located in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Spain, Poland, or Portugal.
• Experience working in remote-first, async environments across multiple time zones.
