Salary: €58,560–€69,540 Yearly.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve demand forecasts across multiple sales channels and brands.
• Lead the local S&OP process in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all forecasting-related topics for commercial stakeholders.
• Align demand planning with commercial strategies, promotions, and market trends.
• Analyze forecast deviations and KPIs to provide actionable business recommendations.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in demand planning or a similar role.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan.
