What you will do

• Process customer orders from entry through fulfillment using Great Plains and Oracle systems.
• Prepare and review complex domestic and international shipping documentation including Commercial Invoices and Certificates of Origin.
• Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders and internal operations teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage internal order requests, including service depot, evaluation, and demo equipment orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries, shipping discrepancies, and issue resolution.
• Maintain and update customer records and order management process documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales order administration or order fulfillment.
• 1+ years of experience in export documentation preparation.
• Working knowledge of U.S. export regulations and international regulatory requirements.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Dangerous Goods shipment certification for Lithium batteries.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
