What you will do
- Design and implement outbound strategies to acquire new customers and drive ARR growth.
- Run event-driven GTM follow-up campaigns, executive outreach, and multi-threaded account engagement to accelerate pipeline.
- Own outbound activity and pipeline generation KPIs, continuously improving sequencing, messaging, targeting, and conversion performance.
- Conduct account research to identify high-fit customer profiles, buying signals, regulatory trends, and competitive positioning across digital assets and traditional finance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to launch multi-channel GTM campaigns and generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
- Use AI to improve Top of Funnel execution efficiency and effectiveness; maintain an enriched CRM for segmentation.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in BDR/SDR, Inside Sales, and/or Growth Marketing.
- Proven track record leading outbound campaigns in a fast-paced GTM environment.
- Strong understanding of modern outbound methods: multi-threading, account-based outreach, signal-based prospecting, and AI-assisted personalization.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced spreadsheet proficiency and data quality analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Interest in exploring, launching, and scaling new GTM AI technologies to improve sales development productivity.
