What you will do

  • Partner with account executives to develop new opportunities in a defined territory.
  • Master talk tracks and objection handling to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Develop creative ideas to capture the attention of target prospects through experimentation.
  • Build strong relationships across the team and contribute to product ideation and company culture.
  • Improve the business for future teammates through ownership and collaboration.
  • Receive constructive feedback to enhance skills and grow as a team.

Requirements

  • Voracious reader with a love for creative writing.
  • Empathetic with a genuine interest in getting to know people.
  • Relentless, confident, and hardworking with a refusal to accept no for an answer.
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback.
  • Comfortable being uncomfortable and learning on the fly.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience prospecting or generating sales opportunities.
  • Passion for or experience in recruiting or the human capital field.
  • Track record of achievement and consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Technically savvy with experience using Hubspot, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Google Docs, Slack, Loom, and Notion.
