What you will do
- Research and qualify potential leads, adding 250 new prospects to the CRM weekly.
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns including cold emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Maintain accurate records, lead statuses, and data hygiene within the CRM.
- Manage email warm-up processes and troubleshoot technical issues with sales tools.
- Craft engaging messaging and A/B test outreach variations to improve response rates.
- Prepare weekly performance reports detailing activity metrics and booked meetings.
Requirements
- Native English speaker (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Mexico or the LATAM region.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Outbound Sales.
- Proven track record of generating meetings through outbound prospecting.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo.io.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Experience selling software development, IT services, or SaaS solutions.
- Experience engaging C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Familiarity with modern outbound sales frameworks.
