What you will do

• Exceed quarterly revenue quotas through the sale of AI-powered surveillance products.
• Drive new business development within the European market to position the company as a leading compliance provider.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Tailor pitches and proposals for the HALO platform to meet specific client needs.
• Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders in compliance, risk, and trading at major financial institutions.
• Collaborate with product specialists, solutions consultants, and customer success teams for seamless deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software SaaS sales for financial institutions.
• Deep knowledge of trading workflows, compliance regulations, and risk management practices.
• Fluency in German is required for client and stakeholder communication.
• Proven track record of prospecting and closing large, complex enterprise deals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical concepts.
• Knowledge of the digital asset and crypto ecosystem is a significant advantage.
