What you will do

• Provide multi-studio leadership and operational oversight for hubs in Cincinnati and Portland.
• Own the full financial lifecycle, including budget accountability and financial stewardship for studio operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of photographers, producers, stylists, and freelance talent.
• Drive the adoption of AI, CGI, automation, and SaaS platforms to optimize production workflows.
• Collaborate with Client Leadership to secure long-term commitments and manage client-facing production delivery.
• Contribute to new business presentations and author studio POVs and case studies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in studio production, specifically within photography, videography, CGI, and Generative AI.
• Proven experience managing studio operations and handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Experience developing scopes of work and project plans for budgets exceeding $300,000.
• Demonstrated expertise in production and post-production technologies and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio.
