What you will do

• Own end-to-end ARI operations, including rate validation, parity defense, and the creation of reporting frameworks to maintain supply health.
• Define and execute connectivity strategy across PMS, CRS, GDS, and 3rd-party routing systems to prioritize new integrations.
• Lead Supply API integration programs from scoping through production to increase reliability and scale the supplier network.
• Act as the operational backbone for Relationship Managers, translating commercial needs into technical integration requirements.
• Run complex, cross-functional programs with high rigor, ensuring clear ownership, structured escalation, and executive visibility.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience driving complex technical programs across hirify.globalering, Product, and Operations.
• Proven senior leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment without relying on authority.
• Track record of managing multi-workstream programs with measurable outcomes and strict accountability.
• Technical fluency in systems, APIs, data flows, and integration architecture.
• Ability to build KPI frameworks and surface actionable signals using Snowflake or similar data environments.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Background in marketplace, SaaS, or connectivity-heavy environments.
• Familiarity with PMS/CRS systems, GDS, VCC, or payment integrations.
• Experience in travel supply technology.
