What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of WPP Performance Marketing services for the client.
• Act as a trusted business partner to the Marketing Director’s team and embed deeply with the wider client team.
• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and generate leads for dealerships.
• Oversee operational and financial performance for the UK market team, focusing on income and margin performance.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a UK-based multi-disciplinary client service team.
• Ensure compliance, brand guideline consistency, and KPI achievement while embedding agile ways of working using WPP Open and AI-powered tools.

Requirements

• Proven track record leading a large-scale account with extensive integrated marketing experience.
• Performance marketing experience with a track record of driving sales and revenue for clients.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen to translate central strategies into UK market plans.
• Exceptional ability to lead and develop UK-based multi-disciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of the modern UK digital, social, and content landscape and complex customer journeys.
• AI fluency with practical understanding of applying emerging technologies to drive creative innovation and operational efficiency.
