What you will do

• Own the social strategy approach for key accounts and new business, including audience insights and platform roles.
• Lead the development of social-first creative territories, formats, and narrative structures.
• Present compelling pitch narratives to senior stakeholders to win and expand client partnerships.
• Mentor and coach the strategy team to build a high-performance, collaborative environment.
• Translate cultural and platform insights into actionable strategic directions for influencer content.
• Ensure all creative work is platform-native and aligned with client KPIs across the marketing funnel.

Requirements

• Significant experience in social strategy, influencer content, and creative leadership.
• Deep knowledge of the influencer ecosystem and platform mechanics.
• Proven track record in pitching and winning client partnerships.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex insights into clear recommendations.
