Infrastructure & Capital Projects, Data Center PMO Senior Scheduler, ANS

Location: Houston, TX / Nationwide, United States. Hybrid work includes remote work, onsite work at a client location, and work in an hirify.global office or center.

Salary: $160,000–$215,000 per year

What you will do

• Create and manage detailed project schedules for data center construction from design through closeout.
• Define activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations, allocate resources, and identify critical paths, milestones, and dependencies.
• Track progress against baseline schedules and prepare earned value, milestone, and variance analyses.
• Identify schedule risks, perform what-if analyses, and develop recovery schedules to address changes and disruptions.
• Coordinate project managers, engineers, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers around schedule updates.
• Maintain historical schedule data, compare actual and planned timelines, and analyze lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in data center or mission-critical construction.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling platforms.
• Ability to manage complex schedules and align them with owner objectives.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PMI or AACE scheduling guidelines.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, workflows, dependencies, and MEP systems.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
